Both fleet vehicles are maintained to expedition standard and include a professional, certified English-speaking driver-guide, comprehensive passenger insurance and satellite tracking. Fuel, road tolls and park entrance fees are settled separately. Add a bush chef, full camping equipment or Mabeco-managed driver logistics to build your bespoke safari journey.

Accommodation & Meals

Client Managed: Client provides a safe, clean room and three meals per day for the driver at their own expense.

Mabeco Managed: Mabeco Tours handles all driver logistics for a flat fee of $100.00 per night. If a bush chef is hired, the same accommodation rule applies to the chef.

Conditions & Terms
  • Curfew: Vehicles must reach their destination by 18:00. Driving after dark is strictly prohibited.
  • Fuel, tolls and park fees are settled by the client or agent directly
  • 50% deposit to confirm booking; 100% balance due 14 days prior to departure
  • All rates quoted per vehicle (not per person)
  • Cross-border travel to South Africa, Eswatini & Zimbabwe available (surcharge applies)
  • STO rates available to registered tour operators and agents
